A polyester-based thermal laminating film that is enhanced with an antimicrobial surface coating. With Cheevers's antimicrobial film your finished piece will have built-in protection to inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria, molds, mildew, and fungi. This product offers excellent clarity and a standard adhesive package for most traditional lamination applications.  Antimicrobial Properties:               The antimicrobial coating used in this product to achieve the 
antimicrobial properties are approved by the FDA and registered
by the EPA.  This laminating film with the antimicrobial coating incorporates the natural protection of silver.
 
Laboratory Tests have shown a 99.99% efficacy rate against Staphylococcus Aureus.
In addition Antimicrobial Film provides:
  • Built-in protection against the growth of a broad range of bacteria, mold and mildew.
  • Built-in protection against fungus.
  • Inhibits the growth of odor causing bacteria.
  • When used as directed the antimicrobial compound is safe and effective.
  • In keeping with good hygiene practices, the laminated article may be cleaned as usual and the antimicrobial properties will not wash off. 
  • Film can be disposed of in a normal fashion.
